There is an active Griswold DNA Project online: one of the most exciting advances in genealogical research is the new technology which makes family connections through the male line. New results and analysis appear on the Griswold DNA Project page.  If you are a male with the Griswold surname, you can sign up and help to build the Griswold database.

COMING EVENTS: DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE HERITAGE TOUR IN 2017! GFA Heritage Tour 2017, probably in June, details TBA. Estimated cost (excluding air fare from USA to Great Britain) is $2300 per parson. $2300 per person double occupancy includes hotel for 8 nights; all breakfasts; 6 dinners; entry to all historic sites planned for group; 2 (possibly 3) theatre tickets (if sufficient interest); bus transportation London-Solihull-Cotswolds-Bath-Brighton-London & LondonPass (includes entry to multiple sites as well as transportation for 3 days). If you are planning to join the tour, think about reaching out to other family members - they would need to join the GFA to qualify for the tour. Those of us who have gone in the past highly recommend the experience - very different from the usual package tour!
